Baking by Susie Walker
Liberty Cake Company was founded in September 2013 by Susie, in her kitchen at home in Manchester. Forever, baking with her children, Susie’s passion for great tasting cakes developed further when friends and colleagues requested cakes for birthdays and special occasions. At the end of 2013, Susie took a leap of faith and resigned from her background in teaching to pursue developing the company on a full time basis and in April 2014, the doors of Liberty Cake Company opened for the first time at The Rock, Bury. All of our cakes are baked fresh on site using the finest ingredients including free range eggs and fair trade products – so feel free to indulge!
